Busses shouldn't be stopping on main roads anywhere. They should be forced to pull off the road to discharge kids. People just want to get to where they are going, but this makes all lanes stop, and that's bullshit.

0:50 Lady who passed as the stop sign came out should have her ticket dismissed for sure since the sign was coming out just as she passed the bus. It's like the yellow signal light - if it turns yellow just as you are passing the edge of the intersection, you should pass through because stopping could cause accidents. The people behind who see the movement of the stop sign can stop, just as a yellow signal light. The program should not charge drivers who are past sign before it is completely out because it is too late for them to stop.
